As a Picker Packer you will be working as part of the Fulfilment team, you\’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach our clients customers and stores in a timely and accurate manner. You\’ll collaborate with a diverse team to meet performance benchmarks, guaranteeing that our deliveries are prepared efficiently and ready for distribution. As a Picker Packer your working hours and days are: Weekend Shift 07:00-17:00 Friday- Sunday (3 days pw) The rate of pay as a weekend Picker Packer is £12.60 per hour The duties and responsibilities as a Picker Packer are: Pick and pack and organise within the warehouse bays to facilitate efficient delivery processes Ensure that customer orders are packed with precision, adhering to the company’s quality control standards Utilise Android/ Windows scanning technology to pick stock for store and customer deliveries Document all stock accurately, maintaining thorough records of outgoing products Maintain a clean and hazard- free environment in the picking aisles while fulfilling orders Uphold a safe and tidy working environment at all times The ideal candidate for a Warehouse Operative would need: Previous warehouse experience preferable- training will be provided Ability to work well individually or in a team environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and positive attitude Reliable and hardworking Good time keeping Benefits and facilities: Free Car park available Site located just a 5 min walk from local tram station for those using public transport Free teas and coffees and soft drinks Free snack/ fruit available Weekly pay- every Friday If this role as a Warehouse Operative/pick and packer is for you then APPLY NOW!
