We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Account Manager to join a growing team in Crewe.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service while developing a career in account management.

Key Duties

Work alongside Account Managers to provide day-to-day support across a portfolio of client accounts.

Produce client reports, presentations, and business insights using company data.

Help coordinate client projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Keep client information and account records accurate and up to date within the CRM system.

Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating when required.

Build positive relationships with clients by delivering a professional and responsive service.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.

Support the wider team with internal projects, meetings, and business initiatives.

Take an active approach to learning and developing your account management skills.

Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confident building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Well organised with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Comfortable analysing information and presenting it clearly.
