An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy and supportive HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys a varied workload and is passionate about delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, issuing offer letters and maintaining candidate communication.
- Complete pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and reference checks.
- Support the onboarding process and deliver new starter inductions.
- Administer probation reviews, contract changes and employee lifecycle documentation.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and family-friendly leave requests.
- Maintain accurate absence, holiday and HR system records.
- Assist with employee relations processes, including preparing correspondence, taking meeting notes and supporting investigations.
- Maintain HR policies, procedures and process documentation.
- Manage offboarding activities including resignation administration and exit interviews.
- Monitor e-learning completion rates and support compliance initiatives.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Produce monthly HR reports and HR KPI data.
- Manage HR inbox queries and provide excellent support to employees and managers.
About You
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A professional and confidential approach to handling employee information.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
