KPI Recruiting is delighted to be representing a long-standing company in the Bolton area, seeking an experienced Production Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be:
- Re-assemble doors and products in accordance with drawings, using stock parts and materials, including the fitting of insulation.
- Fit bespoke parts using hand tools.
- Ensure doors and products are finished to a standard suitable for final delivery to the end user.
- Complete product documentation in line with project requirements.
- Assist with manual handling tasks where required.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and promptly report any potential risks or hazards to supervisors.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required, appropriate to the grade of the post.
You will have:
- Experience working with small hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Good time management skills.
- Adherence to health and safety standards.
- Ability to follow fitting instructions, standard operating procedures, and general assembly drawings.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision within the re-assembly team.
