KPI Recruiting is rapidly growing and we don’t plan on stopping! Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our central HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to join KPI Recruiting. It is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and contribute to the growth and success of our company!

Working Hours: Open to availability e.g. School Hours

Working Days: Open to availability

Salary: From £28,000 to DOE (Pro Rata)

What will day to day duties involve?

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, such as LinkedIn
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, gaining feedback and outcomes as when they have taken place
  • Manage the offer negotiation process and assist in the onboarding process for successful candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
