What You'll Be Doing As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you'll play a key role across the school by: Delivering one-to-one and small-group academic mentoring Supporting students who need additional encouragement and guidance Helping pupils prepare for examinations and assessments Working alongside outstanding teachers and pastoral leaders Supporting intervention programmes designed to raise attainment Building meaningful relationships with students Acting as a positive role model throughout the school community No two days will be the same, but every day will make a difference.
