Physics, Chemistry or Biology to join its thriving Science faculty as Graduate Teaching Assistants from September.
The Role
You will
- Support Science lessons across KS3 and KS4 within your specialist subject.
- Assist with practical investigations and laboratory activities.
- Deliver small-group intervention sessions.
- Support lesson preparation and assessment.
- Help students develop scientific knowledge and confidence.
- Receive structured mentoring in preparation for teacher training.
Person Specification
You will
- Hold or be predicted a
2:1 or First-Class degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or a closely related Science subject from a UK university
- Aspire to become a Science teacher.
- Be available for the full academic year.
- Live within the
- Royal Borough of Greenwich or within approximately one hour's commute
- Have excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for education.
