KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based in Winsford.

Your working days and hours are:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 07:30- 14:30 rotating 14:00- 22:00

The rate of pay as a Counterbalance FLT Driver is: £13.00p/h

The responsibilities as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are:

  • FLT Driving - safely operating a Counterbalance (and sometimes Reach) forklift
  • Loading and Unloading - receive incoming raw materials and dispatch finished chemical blends
  • Warehouse duties - ensure accurate stock rotation, pick orders, and perform manual handling
  • Hygiene and Safety - maintain a clean workspace in accordance with strict product safety and environmental standards
  • Compliance - complete daily FLT start-up checks and basic routine maintenance

The ideal candidate for a Counterbalance FLT Driver would require:

  • Licence - valid in-date Counterbalance FLT certificate (RTITB or ITSSAR)
  • Experience - minimum 6 months in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment
  • Skills - basic IT/PC skills (e.g Microsoft Office, Sage) may be required for operating systems
  • Environment - capability to work in varied shift patterns (including days and nights)
