KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Counterbalance FLT Driver for our client based in Winsford.
Responsibilities
- FLT Driving - safely operating a Counterbalance (and sometimes Reach) forklift
- Loading and Unloading - receive incoming raw materials and dispatch finished chemical blends
- Warehouse duties - ensure accurate stock rotation, pick orders, and perform manual handling
- Hygiene and Safety - maintain a clean workspace in accordance with strict product safety and environmental standards
- Compliance - complete daily FLT start-up checks and basic routine maintenance
Salary and Hours
The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour. Working days and hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30–14:30; rotating 14:00–22:00
Qualifications
- Licence: valid in-date Counterbalance FLT certificate (RTITB or ITSSAR)
- Experience: minimum 6 months in a fast paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Skills: basic IT/PC skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, Sage)
- Environment: ability to work in varied shift patterns (including days and nights)
