Recruitment Resourcer in Wigan, WN2

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our Commercial Recruitment team in Wigan. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, providing support throughout their job search and wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.

The Role:

  • Identify and engage talented candidates for permanent commercial positions.
  • Be the first point of contact for applicants, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and screen candidates from job applications and database searches.
  • Conduct telephone and Teams interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations.
  • Match candidates with suitable permanent job opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the recruitment system.
  • Write and post job advertisements across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill client vacancies efficiently.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards and LinkedIn.
