Duties

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays.
• Supervise staff performance, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive working environment.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in sales management within a retail environment.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Proficient in retail management practices, including inventory control and merchandising techniques.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
