The Role
We are currently recruiting for an excellent client seeking an experienced Customer Care Co-ordinator to join their team on a temporary basis to provide holiday cover.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, logging property defects, coordinating repairs with contractors and providing administrative support to ensure all issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Main Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Accurately log property defects and customer issues using the Clixifix system
- Liaise with contractors and customers to arrange and coordinate repairs
- Follow up with customers to ensure repairs have been completed satisfactorily
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and track customer issues through to resolution
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the repair process
About You
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within a local authority or housing association
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- The ability to manage customer enquiries and coordinate repairs effectively
- A professional, approachable and customer-focused attitude
