We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client's warehouse team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment with a well-established company.

The role involves a combination of warehouse duties and forklift truck operation, so previous warehouse experience and FLT certificate are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking orders accurately using manual pick lists.
  • Loading and unloading goods.
  • Moving stock safely around the warehouse using an FLT (where licensed).
  • Heavy lifting of products up to
  • Packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Following all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Valid external

FLT licence (one or more of the following)

  • Counterbalance
  • Reach Truck
  • Both Counterbalance and Reach (preferred)
  • Physically fit and able to undertake regular heavy lifting (up to 25kg).
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
