We are currently recruiting for a
Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our client's warehouse team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment with a well-established company.
The role involves a combination of warehouse duties and forklift truck operation, so previous warehouse experience and FLT certificate are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders accurately using manual pick lists.
- Loading and unloading goods.
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse using an FLT (where licensed).
- Heavy lifting of products up to
- Packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Valid external
FLT licence (one or more of the following)
- Counterbalance
- Reach Truck
- Both Counterbalance and Reach (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to undertake regular heavy lifting (up to 25kg).
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders.
Benefits
