Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent communication skills and a talent for building strong working relationships? Do you enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders, keeping projects on track, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks? We are looking for a proactive Operations Administrator to join our clients team on a fixed-term contract, playing a key role in supporting transport and planning operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and ability to manage relationships will directly contribute to operational success.
As the primary point of contact for their network, you'll be responsible for maintaining regular communication, monitoring timelines, gathering critical operational updates, and ensuring accurate data is maintained across our systems. You'll work closely with both external partners and internal teams, helping to identify potential challenges before they impact service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing daily communication with subcontractors via phone and email
- Tracking operational progress and ensuring commitments and deadlines are met
- Monitoring capacity, availability and potential delivery issues
- Gathering and communicating critical updates to transport and planning teams
- Escalating potential delays and helping to minimise operational disruption
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems with real-time information
- Ensuring data integrity and supporting smooth operational workflows
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving
