An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to lead an established Conveyancing Department within a modern, forward-thinking law firm. This is more than a fee-earning role. The Role
- Lead and develop the Residential Conveyancing Department
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
- Maintain the highest standards of client care and service delivery
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Drive business development initiatives and strengthen referral networks
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers, estate agents, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to the firm's wider growth strategy and continued success
About You
- An experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor PQE 4 -5 years+, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Lawyer
- Confident handling all aspects of residential conveyancing independently
- A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills
- Commercially minded with a passion for developing business opportunities
- Organised, proactive and motivated by delivering outstanding client outcomes
- An inspirational leader looking to make a genuine impact within a growing firm
- Knowledge across Commercial Property would be great to support in the launch of a new department too
