Location: Coventry
Hours: Monday - Friday 40-48 hours per week

I'm recruiting for a leading UK company that's investing heavily in renewable energy and growing its residential Solar PV division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solar Roof Installer to join a growing team, with excellent job security, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress as the division expands.
The Role
Working as part of a 2-3 person installation team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems on residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties
- Preparing roofs, including removing and replacing tiles where required
- Working safely at height
- Using hand and power tools
- Supporting electrical colleagues during installations
- Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a tidy working environment
- Completing installations efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Providing excellent customer service when working at customers' homes
What We're Looking For
- Previous Solar PV installation experience - ESSENTIAL
- Previous roofing experience
- CSCS Card
- Working at Height certification
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
