KPI Recruiting are looking for Meat Production Operatives to join our client in Sherborne.

No previous experience is required - full training is provided!

This is a hands-on, physical role within an abattoir environment. You will be trained to prepare, dress and trim carcasses to company and customer standards, while following strict health & safety, animal welfare and production procedures.

We're looking for people who:

  • Are reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Are physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
  • Can follow instructions and work safely
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Have good attention to detail

Previous experience in meat production, food production, manufacturing, factory or warehouse work is an advantage but is not essential.
