We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable
Post-16 Academic Mentor to support students with their academic progress and help them achieve their educational goals.
The Role
Provide academic mentoring and subject support to GCSE and A-level students.
Help students develop effective revision techniques and independent study skills.
Support learners with exam preparation and coursework.
Monitor student progress and adapt support to individual learning needs.
Build positive relationships with students to encourage confidence and achievement.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience supporting students at GCSE and A-level is desirable.
Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
A commitment to helping students reach their full academic potential.
