The Role – Behaviour Support Assistant
As a Graduate Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs

- Support students with emotional regulation, coping strategies, and managing triggers
- Create a calm, structured, and safe learning environment
- Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and structured activities

Person Specification

- Hold a degree in Psychology, Mental Health, Neuroscience, Education, or a related field
- Have graduated within the last two years

- Ideally have experience in behaviour support, SEN settings, mentoring, or youth work (desirable but not essential)
- Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
