qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young children within an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and nurturing TA who is passionate about early childhood development, helping children build confidence, develop essential skills and prepare for the next stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities
Support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Assist with learning activities that promote communication, language and early development.
Support children's social, emotional and physical development.
Help deliver engaging, play-based learning activities.
Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence.
Support children with additional learning needs where required.
Work closely with teachers and other staff to maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
What We're Looking For
A recognised
Level 3 Early Years or Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
Experience working with children in an EYFS or nursery setting is desirable.
A strong understanding of early childhood development and the EYFS framework.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A patient, proactive and nurturing approach.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
