A National, Leading Law firm is seeking an experienced Secured Lending Solicitor to join its busy team in Congleton. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to take on a varied caseload while overseeing a team of caseworkers and two administrators. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage both client work and a small support team. Key responsibilities Managing a varied secured lending caseload Overseeing and supporting a team of caseworkers Lease extensions and leasehold matters Transfers of equity Remortgages and related lending matters Reviewing and preparing legal documentation Liaising with lenders, clients and other professional parties Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard Congleton 3+ years’ PQE Office-based Team management responsibility Varied secured lending caseload Excellent opportunity for progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
