The Role – Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of an EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classroom, working alongside an experienced class teacher to inspire and support pupils across a range of subjects. You’ll play a hands-on role in building children’s confidence, meeting individual learning needs and helping to create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels supported and motivated to succeed.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for graduates with ambitions in Primary Teaching, Educational Psychology or Child Psychology who are eager to gain meaningful classroom experience before progressing onto a PGCE or further specialist training.
