With ambitious expansion plans and a collaborative, high- performing culture, they're looking to strengthen their technical team with a Quality Technologist.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Quality Technologist to join a growing technical function.

You'll play a key role in maintaining quality standards across products and the supply chain, ensuring compliance, coordinating testing programmes, and supporting technical processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners, laboratories and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure products consistently meet regulatory, customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage raw material and finished product testing schedules across suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Coordinate sample submissions, monitor testing progress and escalate quality or compliance issues where required.
  • Analyse quality and compliance data to identify trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate certification renewals and annual product submissions.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, specifications and internal records.
  • Review supplier Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and approve materials in line with internal procedures.
  • Support ongoing improvements to technical systems and quality processes.

About You

You'll ideally have

Previous experience within the food or beverage industry in a Quality, Technical, Compliance or Technical Administration role.

  • Experience reviewing product specifications, artwork and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
  • Previous experience within the food or beverage industry in a Quality, Technical, Compliance or Technical Administration role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and data management.
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to work with suppliers, laboratories and internal teams.
  • A highly organised, methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • An interest in process improvement and using technology or AI to improve efficiency.
