About The Role

This role requires a flexible and creative approach, adapting lessons to meet a wide range of learning needs. You’ll be working closely with students who benefit from a more personalised and supportive teaching style, so patience and adaptability are key.

About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Maths at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum
- GCSEs and A‑Levels in Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- A patient, adaptable, and encouraging teaching style
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Full right to work within the UK
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in specialist or alternative provision settings
- Knowledge of differentiated and personalised learning strategies
