This role is temp to perm after 12 weeks.
Job description
This is a very hands-on role in a workshop, working as part of a busy and hard-working team to complete production of doors.
Attention to detail and accuracy is important, to ensure quality bespoke products. We are looking for candidates with a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ability to follow technical drawings, listings and instructions.
- To select appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task.
- Experience with power tool.
- Good communication
- Self-motivated & demonstration of positive attitude
- Good work ethic
- Team player and able to work independently
- Takes responsibility for own and others safety
- Cut resources down to size, accurately and as needed
- Apply sealant, varnish, and paint if required
- Wear the requisite PPE and take necessary precautions to remain safe
