We're currently looking to recruit two Production Administrators to join a busy and growing manufacturing business.
Available Positions:
- Days Administrator: 7am - 4pm
- Nights Administrator: 10pm - 7 am
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain daily production reports and KPI data
- Collect, analyse and input production information accurately
- Support the production team with a range of administrative duties
- Prepare documentation for production meetings
- Monitor production data and highlight any discrepancies
- Produce hourly reports and update relevant systems
- Print production labels and maintain production records
- Work closely with production and management teams to ensure accurate communication across departments
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports and production data
- A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise workloads
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
