KPI Recruiting are currently looking for Pickers & Packers for our client based in St Neots.
As a Picker & Packer, you will be working as part of a busy warehouse team, helping to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently.
Working Hours & Shifts
- Monday - Friday
- 06:00 until 14:00 Week 1, 14:00 until 22:00 Week 2
- Inductions: 9th October.
- Start dates available from as early as 12th October
- Fixed-term contract
Duties & Responsibilities
- Picking products accurately from warehouse locations
- Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
- Checking products and orders for accuracy and quality
- Labelling and preparing parcels for delivery
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and organised
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Working towards productivity and accuracy targets
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Good timekeeping and a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions and work to set targets
