KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a reliable and hardworking Order Picker / Counterbalance FLT Operative to join our client's busy warehouse team. This role involves accurately picking customer orders, operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck, and supporting the day-to-day warehouse operation.
The rate of pay as an Order Picker/ Counterbalance FLT Driver is:
- £13.50 p/h
The days and hours as an Order Picker/ Counterbalance FLT Driver are:
- Monday- Friday
- 07:00- 17:00
Key Responsibilities as an Order Picker/ Counterbalance FLT Driver:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely to move stock around the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Replenishing stock locations
- Carrying out stock checks when required
- Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Following all company health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements as an Order Picker/ Counterbalance FLT Driver:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse and order picking experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to undertake manual handling duties
- Must be able to drive due to the rural location of the client
