KPI Recruiting are on the look out for an FLT Dual Driver for our client based in Middlewich.
Your working hours and days are:
- 4 on 4 off
- 18:00 - 06:00
The rate of pay as an FLT Dual Driver is: £14.78 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as an FLT Dual Driver are:
- MHE Operation: Safely drive industrial Counterbalance FLT vehicles to transfer palletised goods between the packaging line, storage bays, and external yards
- Dispatch & Goods-In: Load and unload curtain-side heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) and shipping containers
- Bulk Handling: Manage the transport of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), heavy industrial chemical sacks, and loose raw materials
- Inventory Control: Utilise barcode scanners and digital warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock locations and input incoming materials accurately
- Safety & Upkeep: Perform rigorous daily pre-shift forklift safety checks, immediately reporting vehicle or yard defects. Maintain a clean workspace compliant with strict chemical and food-grade hygiene laws
The ideal candidate for an FLT Dual Driver would require:
- Counterbalance and Reach License required
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
