KPI Recruiting are seeking a reliable Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement of goods and materials within a warehouse environment, ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety procedures.

The days and hours as a Counterbalance FLT Driver are

  • Monday- Friday
  • 07:00- 17:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
  • Load and unload vehicles.
  • Move stock and materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Carry out daily FLT safety checks and report any defects.
  • Store products in designated locations.
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Work safely within areas where hazardous chemicals are stored and handled.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Support general warehouse duties when required.

Essential Requirements

Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence

(RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS, or equivalent).

Minimum of 1 year's experience working with COSHH procedures and hazardous chemicals.

  • Good understanding of safe handling and storage of hazardous substances.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
