How does the training work?
- We use a 4+1 model — four days a week in school, with Wednesdays dedicated to online PGCE study and professional development.

- January – March: take the lead on planning and delivering lessons, and develop your assessment skills.
- April – July: teach independently, refine your practice, and complete your PGCE and QTS.
