This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about supporting children\'s learning and development while working alongside experienced teaching staff in a rewarding school environment.
The Role
- Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
- Deliver planned interventions and small group sessions.
- Lead whole-class learning when required in the absence of the class teacher.
- Work closely with teachers to prepare engaging learning activities.
- Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- A
2:1 degree or above in a relevant subject, such as
- Primary Education
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Childhood Studies
- Education Studies
- English
- Mathematics
- Or another relevant subject related to primary education.
- Previous experience working as a
Teaching Assistant within a primary school.

- Right to Work in the UK
- Must have completed
- A Levels (or equivalent Level 3 qualifications) and higher education in the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children\'s education and development.
Desirable
- HLTA status or experience covering lessons.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
- Knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
