This opportunity allows you to earn while you train, gain extensive classroom experience, and work towards Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in a supportive and ambitious school environment within 12 months.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 to develop their mathematical understanding
  • Working alongside experienced teachers to learn effective classroom practice

  • Assisting with lesson preparation, assessment, and curriculum delivery
  • Building the skills required to become an outstanding classroom teacher
  • Progressing through a structured training programme leading to QTS
