Salary: £26,500 – £35,000 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Monthly Commission

KPI Education is expanding its Manchester team and seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Education Recruitment Consultant to join us on a permanent basis with an immediate start available.

The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will operate in a full 360 capacity, responsible for:

• Building and developing relationships with secondary schools
• Sourcing and placing Graduate Teaching Assistants, ECTs and Qualified Teachers
• Generating new business opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment cycle
• Conducting client meetings and candidate interviews
• Working towards clear financial targets with uncapped earning potential

This is a target-driven role suited to individuals who thrive in competitive, performance-based environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in education recruitment OR
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales (B2B preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and resilience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ambition to build a long-term career
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
