This progressive all-through school (ages 4-18) is a unique and inclusive learning environment, teaching and guiding students of all abilities. They are looking for a motivated graduate to nurture and progress students with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) with an immediate start.
The Role – Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils with SLCN to develop essential communication and interpersonal skills. You'll deliver one-to-one and small group sessions, helping children build confidence in conversation and independence. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience working directly with Speech & Language Therapists and implementing tailored interventions—ideal preparation for aspiring therapists or careers in speech and language pathology.
The school is looking for a patient, enthusiastic graduate with a genuine passion for supporting children with communication needs. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and a collaborative approach are essential.
