Geography graduate for their salaried teacher training programme.

This is an exceptional opportunity to train as a teacher while earning a salary, gaining invaluable classroom experience in a supportive and academically successful school.

The Role

You will join a successful Humanities department and begin developing your teaching practice from day one.

Supported by experienced mentors and subject specialists, you will gradually build the knowledge, confidence, and classroom expertise required to become an outstanding Geography teacher.

Throughout the academic year, you will receive structured training while taking on increasing teaching responsibility, allowing you to develop into a confident and reflective practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver Geography lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 as your confidence develops.
