KPI Education are working in partnership with a progressive secondary school in Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a motivated Graduate Science Tutor to join their team as soon as possible.

  • Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP, initially running until July 2026
  • Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week during term time
  • Assignment rate of up to £560 per week
  • Central Liverpool location with excellent transport links
  • Open to Science graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher
  • Graduates in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics are particularly encouraged to apply

Deliver targeted academic support to KS3 and KS4 pupils. Work closely with experienced Science teachers to reinforce learning. Gain valuable in-school experience ahead of Teacher Training from September 2026. Interviews taking place immediately.

This role is an excellent opportunity to gain direct experience supporting secondary school pupils before progressing into teacher training. You will work with individuals and small groups, helping to reinforce key concepts, build subject confidence, and improve academic outcomes. The school is seeking a Science graduate who is confident in their subject knowledge and passionate about education. You will be supported by an experienced Science department, receiving ongoing mentoring and professional development while developing your tutoring and classroom skills.

Whether your background is in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, this role offers a strong foundation for a future career in teaching.
