Support Young Learners to Succeed
We are recruiting a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with Key Stage 1 pupils in a primary school setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to support children's early development, help them build confidence and ensure they receive the support they need to thrive in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Key Stage 1 pupils to support learning and development.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
- Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
- Support pupils with additional learning needs.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential.
- Experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within Key Stage 1.
- Strong communication and classroom support skills.
- A patient, proactive and nurturing approach.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a school team.
