A growing and well-invested manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Production Manager to lead a multi-shift operation.

The Role / Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day production across a multi-shift manufacturing operation
- Drive performance across safety, quality, output and efficiency
- Manage labour planning, productivity and operational KPIs
- Improve OEE and implement corrective actions where needed
- Develop and lead supervisors and shopfloor teams
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards
- Reduce waste, downtime and rework through problem-solving
- Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain
- Support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Production Manager / Manufacturing leadership role
- Background inplastic, processing or industrial manufacturing environments (ideal)
- Experience managing multi-shift operationsStrong understanding of production KPIs and performance management
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
- NEBOSH desirable (IOSH or equivalent considered)
- Experience in continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing
