  • What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions to individuals and small groups.
  • Provide personalised 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance.
  • Support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and maximise their progress.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, resilience and independence.
  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and the creation of engaging learning resources.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support outstanding outcomes.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.

What We're Looking For

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need

  • 2:1 degree or above

(or be predicted to achieve one).

  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
