- What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you will
- Support teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Deliver targeted literacy, numeracy and phonics interventions to individuals and small groups.
- Provide personalised 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance.
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs, helping to remove barriers to learning and maximise their progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, resilience and independence.
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation and the creation of engaging learning resources.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents to support outstanding outcomes.
- Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every child can thrive.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need
- A
- 2:1 degree or above
(or be predicted to achieve one).
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive and professional approach.
- The enthusiasm to learn from experienced educators.

The right to work full-time in the UK.
Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
