Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Immediate Start

Are you a motivated, empathetic, and academically strong graduate looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children?

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive all-through school, working specifically with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

This is a full-time, permanent role, term-time only, with a competitive salary of £518-£585 per week, starting after the Easter holidays.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will

  • Work closely with SEN students to support learning and personal development.
  • Deliver one-to-one or small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum.
  • Assist teachers in preparing resources and adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
  • Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support goal-setting for students.
  • Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence in learning.

  • Strong organisation and teamwork skills, supporting both teachers and students.
