The role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
- Help pupils overcome barriers to learning
- Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
- Work closely with the class teacher and wider school team
- Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence
- Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils
We're looking for someone who is
- Passionate about supporting children and young people
- Patient, approachable and resilient
- Confident communicating with pupils and staff
- Reliable and committed to a full-time school role
- Experienced in working with children, or a graduate looking to enter education
