KPI Recruiting are proud to be hiring experienced LGV Class 1 Night Drivers on behalf of our prestigious logistics client based in Crewe. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and professional drivers looking for consistent night shifts, excellent pay rates, and the chance to work with modern, high-spec vehicles for one of the UK's leading logistics operations. We’re looking for drivers who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy working in a well-organised, friendly transport environment.
What’s In It for You:
- £250 Welcome Bonus paid in your first week when you complete 4 or more shifts
- Weekly Performance Bonus up to £120 extra per week from week 2
- £17.51 per hour (basic rate) | £19.62 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Straight trunking only - no handball or load interaction required
- State-of-the-art vehicles and top-class facilities at the depot
- Consistent night work with regular start times
- Shift Role Information: Start times between 16:00 and 23:00, 7-day operation full and part-time shift patterns available
- Trunking routes between UK depots - no manual loading/unloading
- Year-round work with guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid UK C+E (Class 1) driving licence
- Current Digi Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
- A safe, professional driving style and a strong work ethic
- No IN, DD, or DR endorsements on licence
- A positive attitude and willingness to represent KPI and our client to a high standard
