Are you a Maintenance Engineer with strong CNC and automation experience looking to join a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to work with advanced CNC machinery, automated production systems and complex engineering equipment, where you'll play a key role in maintaining performance, reducing downtime and supporting continuous improvement.
The role
- Planned preventative and reactive maintenance across CNC machines and production equipment.
- Fault finding and diagnostics on CNC equipment, automated systems and associated machinery.
- Maintaining and improving CNC machinery performance, uptime and reliability.
- Supporting breakdown recovery across CNC, robotics and production systems.
- Working with electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems alongside CNC equipment.
- Using CMMS systems to log and track maintenance activity.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects focused on CNC and production efficiency.
What we're looking for
- Level 3 Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).
- Strong experience working with CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills on CNC and automated equipment.
- Experience with PPM schedules and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines.
- Understanding of pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems supporting CNC operations.
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving ability.
