As a Food Production Operative/ Hygiene Operative your working hourd and days are:
- Monday- Friday
- 06:00- 14:00/ 14:00- 22:00
- 22:00- 06:00
The rate of pay as a Food Production Operative/ Hygiene Operative is:
- Days- £13.05 p/h
- Nights- £15.66 p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Food Production Operative/ Hygiene Operative are:
- Working on the food production line
- Picking and packing items
- Ensuring quality standards of finished products
- Inspection of products prior to process to ensure quality and safety
- Ensure all areas of the factory are kept clean and tidy
- Washroom duties
- Assist in general housekeeping
The ideal candidate for a Food Production Operative/ Hygiene Operative would require:
- Previous experience as a General Factory Operative or Warehouse Operative (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work well individually or in a team envrionment
- Good time keeping skills
- Good attention to detail
- Food Hygiene Awareness
