The Role
As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:

- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment opportunities and school events.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Be committed to raising pupil attainment and achievement.
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative approach.

Salary
Outer London Main Pay Scale: £39,196 - £52,241 per annum (M1-M6)
