KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Warehouse Operative for our client based in Horwich.

Your working hours and days are:

  • Week 1: Monday-Thursday 07:00-17:00
  • Week 2: Monday 07:00-15:30, Tuesday-Friday 07:30-15:30

The rate of pay is: £13.36 p/h

The duties and responsibilities are:

  • Become familiar with all the products supplied by Indespension Ltd
  • Process and pick/pack orders accurately to ensure that all orders are dispatched and invoiced within the agreed delivery framework, working closely with the courier on arrival for collections
  • Answer phone calls, emails, etc., professionally, enabling orders to be processed and handle customer queries
  • Package goods correctly to ensure damage is prevented
  • Maintain a dispatch record system
  • Control the stock of parts by monitoring all stock levels/components within Indespension remit
  • Maintain stock inventory on the computer
  • Ensure that stock levels are at suitable levels and report any possible up and coming shortages to Manager
  • Ensure Next Day delivery orders are printed and allocated to the pick team to ensure deadlines for delivery are met
  • Be present at and accurately conduct stocktaking as determined by the Company
  • Perform any other duties deemed reasonable on request

The ideal candidate would require:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
  • Good time keeping skills
