KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Material Handler for our client based in Horwich.
As a Material Handler your working hours and days are:
- Monday- Friday
- 07:00- 15:30 Monday- Friday/ 07:00- 17:00 Monday- Thursday 38 hours
The rate of pay as a Material Handler is:
- £14.43p/h
The duties and responsibilities as a Material Handler are:
- Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, and put items away in designated warehouse locations
- Pull materials from inventory based on pick lists or production schedules to supply manufacturing lines
- Track stock movements, log items locations, and participate in regular cycle counts or audits
- Pack, label, and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks
- Safely operate warehouse machinery such as Forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
The ideal candidate for a Material Handler would require:
- Reach FLT License
- Counterbalance FLT License
- Ability to work well individually or in a team environment
- Previous experience as a Material Handler (not required)
- Good time keeping skills
