- As a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and key stages.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Assist students in developing strong literacy, numeracy, and study skills.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Work alongside teachers to prepare resources and support lesson delivery.
- Support students socially, emotionally, and academically.
